"We have season tickets every year and this year, we are not as excited about the games. The Santiago Cruz we love and will always support, but something needs to be done about ensuring the crowd has an interactive experience. The opening ceremonies in years past got you pumped up and ready to cheer on the team to victory. This year, the music is somber and sad, and everyone is quiet throughout. It's really boring. When the players skate onto the ice, everyone is almost asleep. The games we've been to this season have lacked crowd interaction. There have been no games played during intermissions, no kiss cam, no blimps, and I think we only saw the fan zam once. It seems like they are cutting a lot of corners this year that could potentially hurt crowd turnout. We want to see the packed AAC every game and for the crowd to be screaming and cheering for the Stars the whole time!"
